Meredith Law Firm, LLC was established by Robert R. Meredith, Jr. in North Charleston, South Carolina in June of 1996. We work exclusively with individuals and small businesses seeking debt relief.

Our attorneys and staff are experienced and knowledgeable about bankruptcy law, but also understand the difficulty our clients often have seeking help. Our clients often explain to us “I’m not the kind of person that doesn’t pay my debts” and “I can’t believe that I’m even talking with a bankruptcy lawyer.” Our goal is to help fix the problem and make a difficult situation better. We do not judge, and we understand that each case is unique and requires its own solution.
